Terms of Use

Effective Date: 19 April 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, courses, tutoring, bootcamps, and related services offered by Mostow Education Group (“Mostow Education Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Instructors” means Sarah Mostow, Ari Mostow, and Gabrielle Mostow of Mostow Education Group.

  • “Students” means users of our services, including any person who accesses our website, enrolls in a course, participates in tutoring, or uses any of our offerings.

  • “Services” includes our website, courses, tutoring, bootcamps, and related educational offerings.

  • Any reference to a specific offering, including a named program such as a summer bootcamp, includes that offering even if we later revise, rebrand, or change its title. A change in the name of a program does not alter the applicability of these Terms to that program.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our website or services. By accessing or using our website, or by enrolling in, purchasing, or participating in any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, regardless of whether you have read them in full. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our website or services.

You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases through our website or services. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for your participation and any purchase made on your behalf.

By using our website or services, you certify that you meet the above age requirements.

2. Privacy Policy

By using our website, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

If you access our website from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with any local laws that may apply to your use of the site.

3. Intellectual Property

All content made available through our website and services, including course materials, tutoring materials, written content, verbal instruction, and other materials provided in connection with our services, is the sole property of Mostow Education Group.

You may not make video or audio recordings of any course, tutoring session, bootcamp, or other service provided by Mostow Education Group.

4. Disclaimers

We do not make any promise or guarantee regarding:

  • improvement in grades or test scores;

  • admissions outcomes;

  • Progress made by the student (such as completion of assignments or essays) in any of our services, including our summer bootcamp and other courses.

We make a good-faith effort to help students improve, but each student is ultimately responsible for their own academic work, choices, and results. We are not responsible for a student’s actions, performance, or outcomes.

5. Courses and Tutoring

Virtual Course Access

For virtual courses and sessions, we use Google Meet. It is your responsibility to make sure you are able to access virtual meetings. If you are unable to access Google Meet on your end, no refund will be provided.

In order to preserve the privacy and integrity of our sessions, sessions will not be recorded.

We will make reasonable efforts to address technological problems on our end. If Mostow Education Group experiences a technological issue, including but not limited to an internet outage or a Google Meet-related problem, we may, depending on the type of session and what is most appropriate, do one of the following:

  • provide an alternative format for the session, such as a one-on-one phone call or video recording; or

  • reschedule the session to a time that works for the student(s).

No refunds will be provided in these situations.

Late Arrival and Missed Sessions

If you arrive late or miss a session, no refund or adjustment will be made.

Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to deny access to virtual sessions or any other Mostow Education Group service, without refund, if a student violates this Code of Conduct.

Students may not:

  • engage in hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory behavior toward other students or instructors;

  • behave in a way that disrupts or interferes with other students’ ability to use our services, including but not limited to interrupting instructors on group Google Meet calls;

  • make unauthorized use of Mostow Education Group materials, including written or verbal content from sessions or materials belonging to other students;

  • misrepresent their work or engage in plagiarism.
